Job Summary
Conduct cycle counts, inspect order accuracy before accepting vendor deliveries, and perform quality checks on inventory to maintain accurate running stock. Accept, verify, and record all deliveries while restocking supplies and preparing packages for shipment according to policy. Handle shipment complaints and report discrepancies to leadership, ensuring all goods are stored safely and handled in compliance with loss prevention policies. Work in a warehouse environment with exposure to dirt, dust, and loud noise, requiring the ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive motions. Prior forklift certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient with inventory control systems
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening
- Ability to repeat motions
- Ability to bend, kneel, and squat
- Ability to lift arms above shoulder level
- Ability to climb ladders and stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Prior forklift certification preferred
