Job Summary
Receive and stock inventory, pick and pack orders, and update fulfillment sites while ensuring product quality. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move items, perform inventory reconciliation, and maintain housekeeping standards. Troubleshoot operational problems and adhere to strict safety and production protocols. This onsite role in Dodgeville, Wisconsin, requires 20–30 hours weekly between 7:30 AM and 4:00 PM. Candidates must lift up to 49 pounds, drive validly, and possess high attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent diploma
- Ability to effectively prioritize work time to ensure efficiency
- Familiarity with multiple web browsers, window navigation and instant messenger tools
- Must have high attention to detail
- Must have excellent listening and communication skills
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Safely operate powered industrial vehicles
- Lift up to 49 pounds
- Push utility carts up to 60 pounds
- Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Go up and down stairs
- Work at a height of up to 40 feet
- Adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
