Job Summary
Handle loose freight, loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products into and out of a distribution center. Perform order picking, load trucks considering weight and size, and use handheld scanners for warehouse management system compliance. Work cooperatively with associates to maintain a clean facility and complete assigned tasks timely while adhering to safety policies. This role requires physical exertion in environments with fluctuating temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must be able to perform any physically exerting duties in a warehouse environment, which may be non-air conditioned or heated, meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates with the seasons
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
- Computer experience, such as order management systems including WMS
