Job Summary
Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloaders are responsible for loading and unloading soiled and clean uniforms, floor mats, and additional customer products onto trucks based on customer routes, driving company trucks to designated areas in the facility, maintaining a clean work area, and meeting quality/quantity standards. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to work in a fast-paced environment with time pressures, and handle materials that may be soiled or have strong odors with appropriate protective equipment. Physical requirements include standing, bending, squatting, and lifting/moving materials for most of the shift; must be comfortable with exposure to temperature variations and the elements. Emphasis on safety, attendance, teamwork, integrity, and adaptability; candidates will be evaluated through application, resume review, interviews, and a job tryout. Note: This posting is for a 2nd shift, full-time role within the Rental division of Cintas; compensation during the job tryout is provided and the posting states equal opportunity employment.
Required Qualifications
- A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
- Must adhere to attendance policy
- Must be willing to work in a safe proximity to other people for extended periods of time
- Must be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule driven environment where there are time pressures to complete work quickly
- Must be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and exposure to the elements
- Must be willing to handle materials that are soiled or have pungent odors, with appropriate protective equipment
- Requires standing for most of shift
- Requires stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching to accomplish work activities
- Requires physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of shift
