Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities include picking parts for production orders, performing cycle counts, maintaining FIFO of raw materials and finished goods, receiving deliveries and entering data into the MRP system, documenting damaged shipments and discrepancies, delivering received parts to storage locations, pulling devices from finished goods to fulfill customer orders, packing orders securely for shipping, preparing shipping documentation (UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight), maintaining a clean and organized work area, and assisting in other departments as necessary. This is a full-time temporary position with hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with potential to convert to full-time regular employment. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred), 1+ years warehouse experience (preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, basic math and computer skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience in medical device or regulated industries and operating material handling equipment is a plus.
