Job Summary
Operate grinding and tumbling equipment safely and efficiently while handling and moving production materials throughout the shift. Drive forklifts to transport materials, enter production data into company systems, and complete basic reports. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety and operational procedures. Support the Warehouse team as needed while performing simple arithmetic calculations related to production. This entry-level manufacturing position requires dependable, safety-oriented individuals willing to perform physically demanding work in a fast-paced production environment. Paid training is provided, and career growth opportunities exist within the stable, family-owned company.
Required Qualifications
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Ability to work in a physically demanding manufacturing environment
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move materials regularly
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks safely
- Ability to work around machinery, dust, noise, and moving equipment
- Ability to wear required PPE at all times
- Must be available for night shift (10:00pm - 6:00am)
- Must pass a drug and/or alcohol test
- Must pass a criminal background check
