Job Summary
Scan, pick, pack, label, and move pallets and packages safely while preparing and organizing inventory for shipping. Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to sort orders, follow on-screen instructions, and receive, audit, and store incoming products. Support the team in meeting daily shipping goals and assist with other warehouse tasks as needed. This full-time role requires a 4x10 or 5x8 schedule including mandatory Sunday shifts, with overtime potentially required. Starting pay is $20.25 per hour, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to meet the physical needs of the role, including standing, walking, pushing, and lifting throughout your shift
- 6 months of previous warehouse experience ideally in a similar environment
- Ability to stay focused, accurate, and safety-minded
- Ability to work a 4x10 schedule or 5x8 schedule (including Sundays)
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new skills over time
- Sunday shifts are mandatory
