Job Summary
Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and inspecting for damage. Organize and store inventory in designated locations to maximize space, then pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely while maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts and data entry. Adhere to all safety protocols and collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and resolve operational issues. This role supports seamless product delivery across the United States, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and business success.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and reading skills to accurately process orders and inventory data
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
