Warehouse Associate

Job Summary
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantity and quality. Prepare and package outgoing shipments with accurate labeling. Coordinate with shipping carriers and manage schedules. Maintain inventory records through cycle counts and track discrepancies. Operate equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks safely. Generate reports on inventory levels and order fulfillment. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Assist in organizing warehouse inventory for efficient storage and retrieval. Complete accurate records of all warehouse transactions. This role supports HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical teams across the Twin Cities and Rochester markets.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good physical condition and the ability to lift and move heavy items
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Customer service focus and mindset, putting our employees and Partners first, with excellent ability to communicate and develop relationships
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to improve things both big and small
- Highly organized, ability to act quickly while still having attention to detail
- Hold yourself to a higher standard and exhibit a high level of integrity
