Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team of warehouse associates to achieve operational goals, ensuring efficient workflows and high productivity. Train, mentor, and provide guidance to new and existing team members while managing inventory accuracy, inbound deliveries, and product shipments. Monitor all warehouse functions including inventory audits, receiving, inspecting, storing, and preparing orders for shipment, while maintaining a clean, safe environment compliant with OSHA, FDA, and local fire codes. Collaborate with leadership to ensure sufficient stock for forecasted orders and resolve cross-departmental issues. Work a schedule from 12:00pm to 8:00pm daily with flexibility for project coordination.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Experience with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Ability to manage time efficiently
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs
- Physical ability to operate equipment and machinery such as pallet jack, hand trucks, cardboard bailer, and forklift
- Comfort with working in a warehouse setting
- Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned
- Work a schedule to close the day from 12:00pm to 8:00pm daily
- Flexibility to change schedule as needed
