Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for greeting customers, picking tickets, and loading/unloading customer and company trucks. Use handheld RF scanners to move, track, and manage products through the TWL Warehouse Management System; verify accuracy of orders picked and shipments received; lift and move building materials weighing up to 70 pounds; keep the warehouse clean and orderly; work primarily Monday–Friday starting around 7:00 AM with no weekend work (location-dependent). CDL reimbursement and tuition/other benefits are available. A strong customer-service orientation and ability to work in a team or one-on-one with customers are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Prior material-handling or warehouse experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift boxes and building materials weighing up to 70+ lbs
- Ability to work in a team and/or one-on-one with customers
- Experience with a forklift is a plus
- Experience with handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems is described
- Ability to work early hours and weekdays as noted in posting
