Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for picking and/or packing orders, label printing and inspecting products, and using equipment to prepare shipments. Role includes operating a forklift or order picker as needed, recording order information, labeling boxes per shipping regulations (DOT, IATA, IMDG), and ensuring outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged. Performs quality inspections per SOPs, participates in inventory/cycle counts, maintains a clean work area, and adheres to SQFI and FDA requirements. The position requires physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, attention to detail, basic computer skills, and ability to work in a team to meet customer needs. Compensation starts at $12/hour with a pay-by-performance incentive; potential earnings of $27-$30/hour depending on performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Pass Background and Drug Screen
- Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs)
