Job Summary
Pick orders for shipment, ensuring correct product loading, and measure, weigh, and count materials while operating forklifts or order pickers as needed. Pack orders for parcel, LTL, and TL carriers, affix shipping labels, and mark boxes per DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations. Record product and order information, report missing items or quality variances, and execute quality inspections per Standard Operating Procedures. Participate in inventory cycles, maintain clean work areas, and ensure the facility remains inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
- Basic computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Pass Background and Drug Screen
- Able to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50lbs)
- May be required to operate a forklift or order picker for picking orders
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
