Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for shipping/receiving, inventory management, route scheduling, and loading/unloading freight, ensuring safety and timely processing. Uses UPS/FedEx software to enter/track orders and generate reports; maintains organized inventory and dock area; performs inventory cycle counting and coordinates vendor releases; assists with equipment setup and local deliveries/pickups; adheres to company policies and safety regulations; requires HS diploma and 3+ years of related experience; valid driver's license and ability to lift 50–100 lbs, with up to 20% travel to client locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three years related experience
- Shipping / Receiving processes and practices
- Safety procedures and practices in a warehouse environment
- Ability to read and interpret documents, procedures, and manuals
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and customers both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency with email and other software programs
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations
- Must have a valid driver''s license and acceptable driving record and pass background screening.
