Job Summary
Receive, store, pick, and deliver inventory to production while maintaining warehouse organization. Manually receive deliveries, assign part locations, and verify quantities on the information system. Pull work orders using an iPad, issue chassis and tanks to the shop floor, and communicate shortages to the materials manager. Ship inventory to customers using UPS World Wide Ship, ensuring proper packing to prevent transit damage. Perform monthly cycle counts and two full physical inventories annually. Maintain orderly shelves and create new inventory locations as required. SkyMark Refuelers, a market leader in custom work trucks for aviation and fuel delivery industries, operates facilities in Kansas City, Missouri, Findlay, Ohio, and Sullivan, Illinois.
Required Qualifications
- working knowledge and understanding of manufacturing warehouse and stock control methods, procedures, equipment and terminology
- experience managing and counting inventory
- experience using computer software, including warehouse/inventory software, internet and email
- ability to safely operate a forklift and/or other assigned vehicles and equipment
- working knowledge and understanding of safety requirements
- ability to work efficiently with all departments, communicating effectively both orally and in writing
- good time management, planning, organization and prioritization skills
- ability to work assigned shift, arriving on time and abiding by all attendance policies
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- At least three years of warehouse or related industry work experience
- A valid driver's license
