Job Summary
Receive and inspect inbound shipments from manufacturing and third-party suppliers, then put away stock while maintaining FIFO rotation. Support pick and pack operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment, and assist in staging outbound shipments via small parcel and freight carriers, including cold-chain packing when required. Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by conducting cycle counts, monitoring shipping supply inventory, and flagging discrepancies or quality issues to the operations team. This role requires 1+ years of warehouse experience, forklift operation skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Monday-Friday 9am-6pm with optional Saturdays during peak season.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or production experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to operate or learn to operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Dependable, adaptable, and willing to take on a variety of tasks
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working at a physical pace — standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and moving throughout the warehouse
- Flexible to accommodate shift or schedule changes as needed
- Basic computer skills
