Job Summary
Warehouse Associate role responsible for receiving, tagging and maintaining retail inventory and storage for stores; manage inbound shipments via Retail Pro, tag/store items, assist in accurate inventory tracking for timely replenishment, ensure proper logistics of stock, rotate time-sensitive items daily, assist in coding and processing invoices and vouchers, maintain neat and organized warehouse, package and ship outgoing shipments promptly, understand ISO (Quality and Environmental) policies, participate in environmental program (recycling), foster teamwork, maintain confidentiality, and support Retail Sales Associates as needed; requires flexibility across day/night/shifts and physical capability to operate in a warehouse setting, with proficiency in Retail Pro and basic MS Word/Excel.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of Retail Pro system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer skills in Word and Excel
- Able to work a variety of day, night, weekend, holiday shifts
- Able to work independently with little or no supervision
- Able to lift 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
