Job Summary
Receive incoming product, sort, and scan units to verify accuracy and quality. Move product to appropriate storage locations by type, style, color, or product code, and assist in replenishing inventory to maintain accurate stock levels. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, then audit picked orders to ensure accuracy prior to shipping. Support physical inventory counts using scanners and inventory systems, maintain organization of warehouse areas, and report any safety concerns or damaged goods immediately. Work a typical 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM shift with overtime possible, lifting up to 70 lbs occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or stockroom environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Team-oriented with a proactive and reliable work ethic
- Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs occasionally
- Typical shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Overtime may be required based on business needs)
- Casual, warehouse-based setting
- No travel required for this role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with scanning and warehouse systems (RF-Smart, Ozlink preferred)
