WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Job Summary
Operate forklift and warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transfer materials while ensuring safety protocols and proper housekeeping. Receive and stock items in assigned locations, maintain inventory through cycle counts, and complete will calls. Process paperwork and transaction entries accurately, assist customers and CSRs as needed, and perform additional tasks per supervisor direction. Wear proper PPE and uniform throughout shifts, conducting pre and post-shift forklift inspections. This role supports Branch Operations at Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution in Marietta, GA, within a global company offering growth opportunities and day-one benefits for direct hires.
Required Qualifications
- 1 plus years of warehouse / logistics experience
- High School diploma or GED
- Must have Valid driver's license
- Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
- Pass pre-employment physical
- Must be eligible to be forklift certified in house within 30 days
- Must be able to operate a forklift safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse
- Ability to pass Prove It and driving test
- Ability to understand and follow work instructions, policies, and procedures
- Be dependable, work well in a team environment, and establish positive working relationships with employees and customers
- Ability to work in warehouse that is not climate controlled
Desired Qualifications
- 1 plus years industrial forklift experience strongly preferred
