Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for moving materials between receiving, storage, and shipping areas using tow motor, pallet jack, or by hand; read and fulfill customer/shipping orders; pack orders safely; assist in shipping/receiving, unloading trucks, and scanning orders. Must be team-oriented, detail-focused, adaptable, and customer-service minded. First shift, Monday–Friday, with a benefits package including medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, 401K, career development, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus. New Wooster warehouse with initial placement in Orrville during the onboarding period.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with tow motors, pallet jacks or manual material handling preferred
- Ability to read customer orders and shipping orders
- Team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile
