Job Summary
Accurate packing and shipping of various sized products to ensure customer expectations are met. Determine shipment methods using software and create shipping labels via multiple platforms. Assemble cardboard containers, fill them with void fill, and examine shipments to verify specifications. Maintain a clean work area and comply with all quality standards and policies. Assist in stock and parts pulling as assigned while promoting workplace safety and securing assets. Meet minimum daily shipping output expectations in a fast-paced environment. Work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed, while maintaining individual productivity and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read product identification quickly and accurately
- Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives
- Exceptional verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively, professionally, with tact and diplomacy
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines
- Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal
- Maintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirements
- Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10 - 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh upto 100 lbs
- Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
- Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance
- May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes
- May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways
- Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus

Desired Qualifications
- 1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred
- Previous internet shipping experience is a plus
- Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
- Experience working with carrier ship method to ship small parcel packages
- Basic computer skills
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work overtime as needed preferred
