Job Summary

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition. Pick, stage, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Load and unload flatbed trailers, dry vans, and delivery vehicles safely and efficiently. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Organize inventory, perform cycle counts, and maintain clean, accurate storage locations. Inspect returned equipment for damage and report discrepancies promptly. Perform routine inspections and basic preventive maintenance on warehouse equipment. Assist with assembling, disassembling, and loading event structures, occasionally supporting customer job sites. Maintain safe work areas following OSHA policies and wear required PPE. This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly, and willingness to work weekends and overtime. Based in Dallas, Texas, the position supports InProduction's event production logistics.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work on concrete floors for extended periods.
  • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and occasional travel as business needs require.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written safety procedures.
  • Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 75 lbs.
  • Stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
  • Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility apparel, hearing protection, and steel-toe footwear, is required.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, construction, manufacturing, or event production experience.
  • Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience.
  • Experience loading and unloading flatbed trailers.
  • Experience using inventory management systems or RF scanners.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Experience with basic hand and power tools.
