Job Summary
Pull pick tickets and accurately pick products to fulfill customer orders for will call or delivery. Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming products from vendors to replenish inventory. Load and unload supplier trucks and customer orders, while supporting cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels. Follow material handling requirements for large components and uphold safety practices in a clean, organized warehouse environment. Communicate effectively with team members and vendors to ensure timely operations. This onsite daily role in Waller, TX supports RPS's ability to deliver turnkey power solutions under extreme conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping/receiving, inventory, or material handling experience
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to supporting internal and external customer needs
- Experience operating forklifts
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to safely handle materials and maintain an organized, safety-focused work environment
- Effective communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn new processes and systems
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, climb, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the workday
- Ability to see, hear, speak, and communicate clearly
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and work in warehouse and outside areas
