Job Summary
Receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, and packing and shipping materials to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assist in unloading trucks, verifying paperwork for incoming raw materials, and performing inventory controls to maintain quality standards for audits. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and ladders while managing physical kitting and transactional issues for production work orders. Moderate lifting of 10 to 50 pounds with occasional moves over 100 pounds, spending 75% of time moving around the warehouse and 25% at a computer. Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers to comply with safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1-2 years of work experience in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Current forklift license or willing to be trained
- Effective communication, organizational, time management and mathematical skills
- Ability to comprehend and comply with company safety and quality standards
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions
- Computer skills within a manufacturing environment
- Responsible for understanding and complying with all SPG and Dupont safety policies and procedures
- Moderate lifting 10 - 50 pounds
- Occasional lifting and moving of more than 100 pounds
