Job Summary
Assists in inbound warehouse operations to meet quality, safety, productivity, and operational standards. Unloads trucks using pallet jack to move pallets out of trucks; uses Warehouse Management System (WMS) to check in/out products; stores products in warehouse locations; picks products from locations and loads into outbound trucks. Follows SOPs to process orders, including picking, quality checks, sorting, consolidating freight, building and wrapping pallets, packing, loading, and preparing shipments. Cross-trains in multiple warehouse areas and participates in projects. Drives material handling equipment as required (order picker, forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, walkie rider). Handles large case items and small unit items as needed, maintains housekeeping and inventory control, participates in associate meetings, and communicates concerns to management. Requires frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and comfort with heights (20-30 feet). High School diploma or GED preferred; RF scanner/voice-pick experience highly preferred. Ability to work overtime with little to no notice. Emphasizes safety and adherence to EHS/QRA policies and promotes an inclusive workplace.
