Job Summary
Perform all warehouse tasks utilizing standard work and policies to ensure highest levels of safety and quality. Assist customers with order pickup and complete deliveries of inventory to customer locations while providing basic customer service functions. Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner, oversee outbound shipment processes, and handle incoming telephone inquiries. Identify process deviations immediately to correct issues and report equipment damage to ensure repairs occur. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following all safety and company standards. Contribute to team effort by implementing process suggestions and participating on projects as needed. This role requires regular on-site attendance, specific shift schedules, and a minimum of 3 years in a high-volume warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Forklift Certification
- 3+ years in a high volume warehouse environment
- Ability to Read and Write in English
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned, as well as additional hours as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior welding/torch experience
- Proficiency in Spanish
