Job Summary
Outbound warehouse operations including unloading trucks, pallet-jack handling, and picking goods using voice-directed systems and RF scanners in a climate-controlled Cardinal Health facility. Responsibilities include material handling, using MHE (order picker, forklift, reach/turret trucks, pallet jack), operating the Manhattan WMS, stocking, labeling, packing, and preparing goods for outbound trucks. Cross-training across Inbound, Replenishment, and Outbound; adherence to safety and quality guidelines; ability to work 12-hour shifts as needed; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs; compliance with PPE and site regulations. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED or equivalent
- Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs and be able to bend, reach, stoop, lift and stand for entire shift of 8 hours or more
- Willingness to work a 12-hour shift as needed with limited to no advance notice
