Job Summary
NSI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Associate II at our Fort Worth, TX Distribution Center. The role focuses on ensuring accurate order fulfillment and efficient packing and shipping processes. Key responsibilities include verifying customer orders, packing shipments for safe transport, navigating WMS menus to process orders and resolve minor software issues, handling international and special-handling orders, generating shipping labels and documents, operating advanced warehouse equipment (e.g., electric pallet jacks and packaging machinery), labeling raw materials and finished products, training and mentoring fellow employees in order pulling, shipping, and packaging, assisting in receiving and inventory counting by SKU, maintaining a clean, safe work area, and participating in physical inventories. This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of distribution center experience, good math and reading skills, intermediate computer skills with WMS and shipping software, strong attention to detail, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and effective communication and teamwork. Required Qualifications
