Job Summary
Pick, pack, and stage inventory while receiving and processing incoming shipments to ensure order accuracy and quality standards. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers to move materials within the facility. Perform system transactions using basic computer skills and verify counts with math skills. Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment requiring extended standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. Read small printed labels and communicate in English. Shifts run Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with competitive hourly pay starting at $22.00, including shift differentials for evening hours.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math skills for counting and verification
- Ability to read small printed labels (5-point font size)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting
- Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- 1–3 years of warehouse, logistics, assembly or manufacturing experience
