Job Summary
Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean, secure environment aligned with 6S standards. Perform all distribution center tasks using standard work policies, identify process deviations immediately, and contribute to continuous improvement events. Report equipment damage and implement visual aids to maximize safety and productivity. This role requires regular on-site attendance, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and forklift certification. Candidates must have two years of warehouse experience or one year utilizing WM Systems.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift Certification
- 2+ years' experience in warehouse and/or manufacturing environment OR 1+ years of experience in warehouse environment utilizing WM Systems
- Ability to Read and Write in English
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit up
- Ability to use hand to finger, handle, or feel
- Ability to climb or balance
- Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to reach with hands and arms
- Ability to talk or hear
- Regular and predictable on-site attendance
- Ability to work the particular shift and/or schedule to which you are assigned
- Additional hours as needed
- Compliance with health and safety guidelines and rules
Desired Qualifications
- Yellow Belt Certification
- TWI Certification
- Associates Degree
- Lean Manufacturing Experience
