Job Summary
Fulfillment Center Associate II responsible for preparing glass for distribution and performing warehouse tasks to meet shipping timelines. Operates material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklift, reach truck, or order picker up to 40 feet high, uses handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory, and maintains a clean, safe work area. Tasks include pallet breakdown, dunnage preparation, offloading trailers, building steel pallets, and assisting with inventory replenishment. Requires experience with MHE, ability to work in varied environmental conditions, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Shift is 2nd (3:00pm–11:30pm) with premium pay and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), health plans, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and paid training. Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Experience with MHE equipment such as forklift, order picker, or reach truck
- Ability to operate various material handling equipment safely
- Ability to work in varying environmental conditions (seasonal heat or cold)
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, 35 pounds routinely (with some tasks up to 50 pounds)
- Punctuality and consistent attendance
- Positive attitude with focus on service
