Warehouse Associate II - 2nd shift

Job Summary
Conduct daily forklift operations and pallet jacking in a safe, efficient manner while completing handwritten shift checklists. Pull and process finished goods and production work orders using scanner equipment, ensuring accurate palletization and identification. Maintain a clean work environment by adhering to GMP, SOP, and employee manual guidelines, and perform cycle counts on component inventory as required. Assist with cleaning operations and cross-train in supply chain functions. This 2nd shift role (3:00pm–12:00am) requires OSHA certification, physical ability to lift 75 pounds, and experience with scales and scan equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Certified to operate material handling equipment
- Ability to be recertified at requested OSHA intervals
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to manipulate up to a 500-pound drum
- Ability to read and understand formulas, procedures, and SOPs
- Ability to understand and operate Scan equipment
- Strong math and computer skills
- Accurate and legible record keeping skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with different types of scales for weighing
- Ability to convert from pounds to kilograms and vice versa accurately
- Ability to manage multiple tasks on a daily basis
- Ability to work with little direct supervision to accomplish assigned tasks
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times
- Must be able to maintain regular and punctual attendance daily
- Ability to sit, balance, climb, stand, bend, squat, squeeze, kneel, turn, crouch, and stoop repeatedly
- Ability to operate forklift trucks and/or pallet jacks in a safe, efficient manner
- 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm – 12:00am availability
- Ability to work with varying temperatures, loud noises, heavy machinery, fumes, or airborne particles
- Prolonged use of computer screen and/or scan gun tolerance
Desired Qualifications
- Ability, and desire, to cross train in other similar functions in the Supply Chain Department
