Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate will assist in loading and unloading trucks, perform general maintenance on trucks and equipment, and contribute to inventory tracking and counting processes. This role includes tracking and maintaining organized inventory in compliance with OSHA guidelines, operating warehouse equipment like forklifts, cleaning and maintaining the warehouse premises, and helping crews with deliveries. The position demands physical stamina, effective communication, and teamwork, with vital tasks involving lifting, standing, and operating equipment in various conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach frequently
- Ability to climb ladders or stairs
- Ability to operate forklifts or pallet jacks
- Strong manual dexterity
Desired Qualifications
- Must have a driver’s license
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
