Job Summary
Operate cutting equipment to process wire and cable orders for shipping, sort and scan orders using RF scanners and handheld devices, and assist customers with local will-call orders. Build, wrap, sort, and transport reels, pallets, and packages while shipping and receiving truck deliveries. Lift up to 80 lbs and move product using sit-down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment within the facility. Work the first shift Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM at Priority Wire and Cable in West Bridgewater, MA.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the US
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Ability to use sit-down forklifts, dollies, and other equipment to move product within the facility
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work at a fast pace
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Regular and reliable attendance
- In-person work capability
- ASTM F2413 approved safety footwear
