Job Summary
Warehouse Associate I is responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, and transporting products, and shipping returns. The role involves operating material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks, preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup, receiving and processing stock, and maintaining inventory accuracy through controls and ERP transactions. Emphasis is on maintaining a clean, safe workspace, complying with procedures and quality standards, effective communication with supervisors and coworkers, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Required skills include basic math, knowledge of warehousing practices, proficiency with warehousing ERP systems, reliability, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and the ability to communicate in English. The position may involve up to 20% travel between locations, must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and liability insurance, and may require MVR checks. Monday–Friday schedule with additional hours as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required
- 6 months of warehousing/logistics is preferred
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems is preferred
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods is preferred
