Job Summary
Package and ship orders, weigh and label finished product, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or quantity issues. Assist with inventory counts, operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Back up other warehouse roles as needed while strictly following safety procedures and PPE requirements. This role requires solid attention to detail, the ability to juggle multiple tasks, and physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs. Forklift operation certification is required or obtainable upon hire. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook is necessary. No prior warehouse experience is needed; we provide training.

- Comfortably lift/move up to 50 lbs. unassisted
- Stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl throughout your shift
- Work in warehouse conditions that can be dusty, hot, or cold
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Forklift operation certification required, or ability to obtain upon hire
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (we'll help you get certified if you don't have one)
- Familiarity with Microsoft NAV or similar inventory systems
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
