Job Summary
Pack customer orders by verifying part numbers, quantities, and condition against packing slips and bills of lading. Pick inventory from designated locations and prepare shipments in accordance with standard procedures. Stock materials accurately in compliance with storage protocols, receive inbound deliveries, and confirm quantities. Maintain the workplace in a neat, clean, and orderly condition throughout the shift. Communicate any system, process, or inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Lead or Supervisor. Perform other duties as assigned. This entry-level role requires standing, walking, bending, and reaching for the full duration of the shift, with the ability to lift up to 55 lbs unassisted. Base pay is $20.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous warehouse, distribution center, or 3PL experience
- Experience with RF scanners or barcode scanning equipment
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Basic math skills sufficient to count, verify quantities, and complete warehouse documentation accurately
- Ability to lift up to 55 lbs unassisted
- Reliable work ethic with the ability to maintain consistent productivity throughout the shift
- On-site warehouse role requiring standing, walking, bending, and reaching for the full duration of the shift
- Ability to lift, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 55 lbs unassisted
- Regular movement throughout the warehouse facility including receiving docks, storage areas, and shipping areas
- Exposure to warehouse conditions including variable temperatures, noise, and moving equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with ERP or WMS platforms (NetSuite a plus)
