Job Summary
Warehouse Associate I responsible for receiving and verifying incoming products against purchase orders, tallying inventory, tagging temperatures for refrigerated items, rotating stock per WI/SOP, picking products from sheets, and loading onto trailers under supervisor direction. Maintain sanitary warehouse conditions, track daily productivity, and perform other duties as assigned. Requires a High School diploma or GED, forklift/pallet jack/reach truck proficiency with training, basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), RF gun/scanner experience a plus, ability to pass pre-employment screening, a valid driver’s license, and ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stay on feet for extended periods. Working environment includes both indoor and outdoor conditions with potential exposure to cold in freezer areas; PPE provided. Equal opportunity employer; veterans welcome.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalency required
- Ability to use forklift, pallets jacks, and reach truck, with proper training
- Experience in a cGMP compliant environment is a plus
- Technical Expertise
- Basic Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments and transportation is a plus
- Experience utilizing RF Guns/Scanners is a plus
- Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., drug screen and background check)
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Adhere to strict appearance and uniform guidelines
- Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to remain on your feet for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to read at a distance, close to the eyes, and at arm’s length with or without correction. Forklift operation requires distance vision
- Correctly identify and record lot and serial numbers
- Equipment Operated: Floor scrubber, pallet jack
