Job Summary
Receive incoming product, check against purchase orders, and tag merchandise with receiving dates while documenting temperatures for refrigerated items. Stock slots properly, rotate applicable stock per Work Instructions or SOPs, and pick products defined on pick sheets. Load product onto trailers as directed by the Supervisor, maintain the warehouse in a sanitary manner, and track time spent on assignments for daily productivity reporting. Perform heavy lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally and operate equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scan guns. Work both inside and outside in conditions that may include extreme cold, adhering to strict appearance guidelines and passing required background checks.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalency
- Ability to use forklift, pallets jacks, and reach truck, with proper training
- Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., drug screen and background check)
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
- Must be able to remain on your feet for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to read at a distance, close to the eyes, and at arm's length with or without correction
- Forklift operation requires distance vision
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a cGMP compliant environment
- Basic Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments and transportation
- Experience utilizing RF Guns/Scanners
