Job Summary
Conduct daily warehouse and yard operations including receiving, loading, order fulfillment, and material handling. Accurately fulfill orders by interpreting pick tickets and shipping documents, then package and label outbound orders with proper banding and wrapping. Load and unload trucks and containers, operating forklifts ranging from 6,000 to 20,000 pounds. Transport, stack, and stage materials in designated areas while performing quality inspections for damage or discrepancies. Maintain yard and warehouse housekeeping standards, including covering product and removing debris. Utilize barcode scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory. Requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and physical stamina for outdoor work.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and visual instructions
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong commitment to safety and operational procedures
- Attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Physical stamina and ability to work in an outdoor yard environment
