Job Summary
Replenish, pick, pack, and ship customer orders while accurately verifying paperwork and managing materials. Operate forklifts to transfer finished products, inspect equipment daily, and scan items into inventory using RF scanners. Maintain inventory processes, understand bin layouts, and pull parts efficiently while keeping assigned areas clean and organized. Follow all safety policies, execute standard procedures, and work as a team member in a fast-paced environment. Requires flexibility for varying shifts, weekends, and holidays, plus the ability to drive a company vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to drive a company vehicle
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Seeing, reading, and writing to complete job responsibilities
- Use of computers and other forms of technology to complete job responsibilities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted
- Ability to perform duties with a sense of urgency and exceed customer expectations
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detailed-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
- Professional demeanor with the ability to represent Blanchard Machinery while interacting with customers
- Ability to set priorities, professionally manage stress and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Team player, enthusiastic hard working with the ability to complete work with minimal supervision
Desired Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year's warehouse experience
- Previous RF Scanners, WM's, and VLM's RF experience
- Proficient in the use of a computer and related software (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, weekends and holidays
