Job Summary
Conduct order fulfillment and pack fasteners while maintaining high accuracy and productivity standards. Lift objects up to 50 pounds and perform frequent reaching, bending, and stooping as part of the 1st shift Monday-Friday schedule. Obtain valid forklift certification and quickly learn NetSuite hardware/software to support team operations. Prioritize safety and utilize excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to obtain coverage through company's auto insurance carrier according to company Driver Safety Policy
- Valid forklift certification issued by Packer Fastener
- Ability to quickly learn specific software to successfully fulfill order fulfillment expectations –NetSuite hardware/software
- Ability to make safety a priority
- Highly detailed individual with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be a well-organized team player who can relate to employees at all levels of an organization
- Ability to routinely handle and lift object(s) up to 50 pounds
- Ability to participate in frequent reaching, bending, stooping, kneeling, twisting
- Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
