Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate responsible for packaging fresh flowers and durable goods in a refrigerated environment, sorting packages by route/customer/commodity, assisting loading/unloading onto company vehicles, and maintaining a clean, organized cooler/warehouse. Activities include using a dolly, two-wheel cart, or pallet jack, supporting monthly/quarterly/yearly inventory counts, and performing duties with attention to deadlines and multiple priorities. Role requires ability to read MSDS information, perform basic arithmetic, and adapt to fluctuating workloads; work evenings and weekends as needed. Located at Florist Distributing, Inc. (FDI) with operations serving the Hy-Vee region; environment involves constant exposure to refrigerated conditions and varying temperatures.
