Job Summary
Warehouse Associate role supporting HVAC and plumbing field operations. Responsibilities include pulling materials and staging jobs for HVAC/plumbing installs and service, managing and organizing inventory, receiving and tracking materials in ServiceTitan, placing material orders, delivering parts to job sites, building and assembling basic ductwork, maintaining tools and equipment, keeping the warehouse clean and safe, and assisting with loading/unloading trucks. Requires prior HVAC/plumbing knowledge, ability to perform physical work, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a drug screen and background check; ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM in Thatcher, AZ. Proficiency with basic computer systems and willingness to learn new software are also expected.
Required Qualifications
- Prior HVAC and/or plumbing experience or product knowledge (required)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a drug screen and background check
- Comfortable with physical work (heavy lifting)
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors
