Job Summary
Pull and stage HVAC materials and equipment for installation crews while receiving and inspecting deliveries to verify accuracy and condition. Maintain organized inventory through labeling and shelving, track material usage and jobsite returns, and assist with loading, unloading, and delivery. Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and compliant with company standards, supporting occasional after-hours or weekend duties during peak seasons. Handle minor tool repairs and inventory audits as needed. Requires ability to lift 50–75 lbs, operate forklifts, and pass DOT physical and background checks. Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience
- Basic computer and inventory software skills
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs
- Must pass DOT physical
- Comfortable with vertical mobility and working from heights
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
