Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping products in a Michigan warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient order fulfillment. Duties include receiving shipments, storing items, picking and packing orders, operating forklifts/pallet jacks/hand trucks, conducting inventory counts, assisting with loading/unloading, maintaining a clean and safe warehouse, and assisting with shipping documents. Requires 1-2 years of warehouse experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, proficiency with inventory management systems, and strong attention to detail and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse operations or similar role
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks)
- Basic computer skills including inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs safely
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a warehouse setting
