Warehouse Associate

Warehouse Associate responsible for purchasing & order management, inventory control, and equipment/tool oversight to support field professionals and internal teams. Duties include placing on-demand/scheduled orders, processing same-day consumable requests, managing purchase orders in Service Titan, itemizing PO lines for clarity, contacting vendors for missing numbers, maintaining consumable stock, managing warehouse tools with the BitRip system, weekly tool checks, assisting with electronic receiving, equipment sign-outs, and serving as a point of contact for dispatch and warehouse communications. The role emphasizes proactive communication, accurate tracking, safety compliance (MO-OSHA), and a strong customer-service orientation in a fast-paced industrial environment.
