Job Summary
Pull, prepare, and stage customer orders; assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing materials; unload freight and verify incoming shipments; maintain a clean and efficient warehouse environment; operate pallet jacks; provide excellent customer service to delivery drivers and customers; work closely with internal departments to support order accuracy and on-time fulfillment; use basic technology tools for inventory, communication, and order tracking (Eclipse); 2+ years warehouse experience; forklift certification preferred; ability to lift 75 lbs; strong attention to detail; team-oriented; Spanish bilingual preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment
- Pallet jack experience (required)
- Lift up to 75 lbs
- Proficiency with computers and technology
- Gmail experience preferred (optional)
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
