Job Summary
Receive, pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately while loading/unloading shipments and maintaining organized inventory. Operate warehouse equipment safely and assist with inventory counts and cycle counts. Help train new team members and work alongside leadership to improve workflow and productivity. Lead by example with a strong work ethic, taking on increasing leadership responsibilities as you grow. Requires 3+ years of warehouse experience, forklift certification preferred, and Microsoft Excel proficiency. Full-time, stable position with competitive pay, medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, retirement plans, and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfillment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the workday
- Good computer skills and Microsoft Excel knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Leadership experience or experience training others
- Forklift certification or experience
- Willingness to become certified for forklift
- Familiarity with warehouse systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
