Job Summary
Operate forklifts to load and unload trucks, stock warehouse areas, and assist in inventory control processes. Fill buckets and drums for customer orders while sorting materials on racks according to predetermined sequences. Perform cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse and yard, and follow company safety standards to report issues. Turn on fuel pumps for customers without access. Requires a valid driver's license, one year of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Move drums up to 400 lbs. Work in dusty, wet, and hot environments with frequent exposure to equipment and machinery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License
- One or more years experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills and able to learn company systems and processes
- Able to effectively multitask with a strong attention to detail
- Able to obtain Company forklift certification
- Strong customer service skills
Desired Qualifications
- Three or more years experience in warehouse operations, manufacturing, logistics, or a related field
- Trade or technical school (Certificate or diploma) in an applicable field
